How it works:
Each of the 12 weeks has a different focus. I’ll be giving you new insights and tools you can use to amplify your passion and performance no matter what you’re doing that week, and we’ll work together to help you progress and achieve whatever you’re challenged with or dreaming of.

Week 1: Focal Points +
The goal of this session is to discover where your current focus is at, what level of control you have over your life, and which habits are enhancing or hindering you from reaching High Performance.
Week 2: Clarity +
The goal of this session is to understand where you have strengths and gaps in the amount of clarity you have in your life at the moment. Together, we’ll work to identify the ideal version of yourself, by figuring out who you want to be, how you want to connect with others, and what habits will make you the most successful.
Week 3: Energy +
The goal of this session is to identify how much mental and physical energy you have each day, and how to amplify it to higher levels so that you have the vibrancy and stamina needed to achieve your goals and live a fully charged life. There is a whole other level you can experience. We strive to find ways to immediately increase the energy you feel every day.
Week 4: Courage +
The goal of this session is to discuss where you feel you’ve been confident and courageous in life, and where you might be holding back or backing down in some situations. It will answer a lot of your questions about how to gain more confidence and command of your life, especially in expressing yourself and tackling major challenges.
Week 5: Productivity +
The goal of this session is to see how productive and effective you feel in life and work, and to give you a set of tools and concepts to help you quickly and easily improve those areas. Our focus is to help you make immediate shifts that will enhance your daily productivity straight away.
Week 6: Influence +
The goal of this session is to gauge how influential you’ve felt in your relationships and career, and to give you a few tools and concepts that will raise your level of action and influence. It’s about how to break through and be more influential with your loved ones and those you serve in your career.
Week 7: Psychology Mastery +
The goal of this session, which is half-way through our coaching program, is to start going deeper into the six pillars of High Performance: your psychology, physiology, productivity, persuasive skill, presence and purpose. We start with psychology, to direct your mind to feel more confident, relaxed and positively engaged each day. In this session, you’ll create a high performance mindset.
Week 8: Physiology Mastery +
The goal of this session is to check on your energy and physiology work from Week 3, and to give you more tools in activating your physiology in a way that makes you feel stronger and more vibrant, and help you gain even more energy.
Week 9: Productivity Mastery +
The goal of this session is to check in on how productive you’ve been since we began working together, and to see how we might help you become even more effective. We’ll be implementing the next level of productivity strategies and habits to help you gain that high performance edge.
Week 10: Persuasion Mastery +
The goal of this session is to gauge how persuasive and influential you’ve felt in your relationships, career and life’s work, and to give you tools that will raise your level of effectiveness in these areas. You’ll get the tools to persuade others to support you and your dreams.
Week 11: Purpose +
The goal of this session is to understand how well you feel you have been living and leading purposefully. We will take a laser-focused dive into your purpose for the first time. It will be a culmination of everything we’ve talked about so far, so you’ll be ready for a major breakthrough.
Week 12: Commitment to High Performance +
Our goal this session is to check in on your performance and define your best areas for commitment and discipline moving forward. We’ll focus on revisiting your progress through this initial round of coaching and discussing your major areas of growth. It will be a sort of tour from my perspective on where you’ve been and how you can deepen your level of mastery of High Performance.
