  • Updated 2nd June 2025

I landed a backflip on a trampoline last month, which has been a dream of mine for a long time. I hesitated working on it because of fear, but in May I did it! I’ve been filming a lot of videos for my YouTube channel, and next week I’ll start releasing them.

Goals I’m working on right now:

    7 figure business

    Landing a standing backflip

  • Hey! I’m Sarah.

I set goals to feel alive.

    Sweaty palms.
    Racing heart.

    Can’t think of anything else.

Combining my background in Psychology with my training as a High Performance Coach, I help ambitious entrepreneurs, creatives and athletes achieve their goals.

l created this blog to share behind-the-scenes of my own goals and help you push your limits. I'm creating what I wish existed for me to consume.

People often ask if I’ll climb Mt Everest like my parents did in the 90's (as depicted in the 2015 film, Everest).

While I’ve done a little bit of mountaineering (Kilimanjaro in 2011 and Everest Base Camp in 2007) what most people don’t know is that my late dad was also an entrepreneur. I feel most connected to him through our shared love of entrepreneurship and attempting the impossible in all areas of life.

51% Belief Is All You Need

thought-catalog-505eectW54k-unsplash.jpg

Every day, I work on my belief that I’m the kind of person that can hit ANY goal I set myself.

It’s how I do things like 50 push ups in a row and blogging for 600 days and making 5-figure months.

Because I genuinely believe I can do them, before I've done them.

And it’s not like I don’t have days where I think “eeeeek I don’t know if I’m going to hit this goal!”

I have plenty of those moments, like “damn, am I actually bat-shit crazy for thinking I can do this?”

It’s just that I spend more of my time deliberately believing that I will hit my goal.

And you create what you believe the most.

You don’t have to be in perfect 100% belief that you can achieve your goal.

You just have to believe you can achieve it more than you believe you can’t.

So even if you spent 49% of your time believing you’re not going to hit your goal, but you spend 51% of your time believing you will hit it, you’ll still hit the goal.

Because 51% of your energy will be directed towards figuring it out.

Here’s how I spend more time believing I CAN do impossible things:

  • I journal on why I CAN achieve my goal, every morning while I eat breakfast. I haven’t missed a day since March 1st.

  • I make lists of all the things I’ve done in the past that blew my mind

  • I created a playlist of songs that put me in the mindset of my ideal self who crushes every goal and I listen to it right before I have to do something for my goal (I think this might be the most rapidly effective way for me to get into belief).

  • I get coached on my blocks by my coach, Stacey.

  • I seek out people who make me feel like I’m limitless. There are only a handful of these people in my life, but every time I talk to them, they make me feel invincible, and I’m high for 3 days afterward.

  • I surrounded myself with people doing epic things and breaking limits. My clients. My friends. My mastermind.

  • I spend my spare time watching documentaries about people who have done wild, crazy things. Some recent favourites: The Last Dance, The Dawn Wall, Free Solo and The Speed Cubers.

What I’m saying is, if you’re not at 100% belief in your goal, that’s totally okay.

All you have to do get to 51%.

Stream of Thoughts

aldebaran-s-dJlkMGUn9n4-unsplash.jpg

Things are shifting in my business and I’m excited about the changes that are to come.

Thoughts that have been occupying my mind:

  1. Will I continue blogging after my 730-days-in-a-row challenge is up? Is it still the best place for me to put my energy and value?

  2. What do I actually want my day to look like?

  3. How many of the things on my to do list are actually totally unnecessary for my ultimate mission and goal?

I’m pondering these thoughts today. I’ll keep you updated.

Designing the Set for My Ideal Self

jean-philippe-delberghe-CtgCBLXf6kM-unsplash.jpg

Unpacking is a bummer.

That’s why instead of moving into our new apartment and unpacking my old life, I’m designing a set – and I am playing the starring role.

  • Who is the person who lives in this apartment?

  • What does she wear?

  • When does she exercise?

  • What time does she get up?

  • What time does she go to bed?

  • What food is in her fridge?

  • Who comes over?

I’m not simply moving into a new apartment.

I’m stepping into the next level version of me.

You don’t have to move house to do this.

Step into future you, now.

Breakthrough

pexels-aaron-kittredge-3624372.jpg

Breakthroughs only come when there’s something to break through.

So if it feels like you’re smashing your face against a wall right now, congrats! A massive epiphany is coming.

The main breakthrough I’ve had in the last week:

Mindset work is non-negotiable, every single day. I can’t just expect to wake up and feel good and smash my goals. I need to feed my brain with the stuff that makes me feel good and motivated every single morning. (How good would it be if The News was just people reporting helpful thoughts for us to think about for the day? Anyone want to start that news channel?).

Worst Case Scenario: Nothing

pexels-pixabay-460714.jpg

I watched myself getting caught up with week in a lot of pointless mind drama.

Example: My dress didn’t arrive on time for my photoshoot.

I’m horribly embarrassed at how much worry this caused me. It’s a dress. For a photoshoot. Boohoo.

No one is going to die.

But my brain acted like someone might.

Because it was the worst thing happening at the time.

And I couldn’t grasp perspective in the moment.

It was only after my semi-meltdown that it occurred to me that when I zoom out from my unbelievably small existence across infinite space and time, that the worst case scenario is nothing.

The hardest thing isn’t realising that there is no worst case scenario for 99.9% of the things I worry about.

It’s staying in that “Don’t worry, be happy” energy.

I’m working on it.

Bringing the Joy

pexels-andre-furtado-1263986.jpg

Personal update: I’ve been working on showing up from a place of abundance and joy and I’m in love with it.

A few days ago I wrote about How to Hustle and ever since then, I’ve been taking it to a whole new level. It’s SO good to feel good and take action FROM feeling good rather than taking action TO feel good.

I’ve been doing that by spending more time dancing, watching Queer Eye (how can anyone watch that show and not feel like a million dollars afterward?!), and hanging out with actual, real-life friends in person (aka, not on Zoom).

What do you do to bring the joy in your life?
