My membership, GET IT DONE is growing. This offer has been something I’ve wanted to create since the very beginning of my business (and actually tried to create in 2019, but my business wasn’t at the level to handle it yet).

Goals I’m working on right now:

    7 figure business

Getting 8.5 hours of sleep every night

    Building a community in Sydney

  • Hey! I’m Sarah.

I set goals to feel alive.

    Sweaty palms.
    Racing heart.

    Can’t think of anything else.

Combining my background in Psychology with my training as a High Performance Coach, I help ambitious entrepreneurs, creatives and athletes achieve their goals.

l created this blog to share behind-the-scenes of my own goals and help you push your limits. I'm creating what I wish existed for me to consume.

People often ask if I’ll climb Mt Everest like my parents did in the 90's (as depicted in the 2015 film, Everest).

While I’ve done a little bit of mountaineering (Kilimanjaro in 2011 and Everest Base Camp in 2007) what most people don’t know is that my late dad was also an entrepreneur. I feel most connected to him through our shared love of entrepreneurship and attempting the impossible in all areas of life.

Outwork Chance

denes-kozma-xnnhFRtGev4-unsplash.jpg

You can have anything you want if you’re willing to ask 1000 people. – Unknown

Imagine actually asking 1000 people for what you want.

Chances are, someone will say yes.

But why let chance decide?

If you want to guarantee success, you have to outwork chance.

You have to go beyond the odds.

You have to ask a thousand AND ONE people.

Then you’ll be the kind of person who doesn’t have to question if they’ll make it.
You’ll be the kind of person who KNOWS they will.

What is your chance of getting the promotion?

Or becoming an actor?

Or writing a best seller?

Or creating a client?

Or getting a follower?

Or making a dollar?

Don’t leave it up to chance.

Calculate it. Outwork it. Make it happen.

I Hired a Personal Assistant

fezbot2000-deNAgNLr0b8-unsplash.jpg

One of my goals this month was to hire a Personal Assistant like Donna from Suits.

I think I found her! This month we’re strategizing the changes that need to be made to help my business run more smoothly, and next month we will kick off.

I’m SO excited. I can’t wait to give you more information and let you know all about her.

That’s one thing checked off my December Goals list already. Done.

BE the Person You Want to Be

Screen Shot 2020-12-10 at 11.30.54 AM.png

I was afraid of flying for 10 years.

Gripping the seat, silent crying, sweating through my clothes kind of fear.

I thought it was just who I was.

Then I rapidly changed my identity. I decided to become the kind of person who loves flying.

I showed up like her, I dressed like her, I ate like her.

I've taken more than 10 long-haul flights since then, and enjoyed every one.

Because now I'm the person who loves flying. It's who I am.

Changing your identity is THE key to creating any result you want.

Any. result.

Because the only way to get from A to B is to BE the person at B.

In other words, you have to BE the person who gets what you want – before you have it.

To say this idea has changed my life would be an understatement.

I've created a free workbook of the exact process I use to my goals.

This is how I started my business.

This is how I got fully booked.

This is how I overcame my fear of flying.

This is how I became fully location independent.

This is how I did 50 push ups in a row.

This is how I got 900 members into my group in a day.

This is how I climbed Mount Kilimanjaro.

This is how I got accepted into my 2021 mastermind.

This is how I'm achieving my impossible goals.

Standards

How I Plan to Hit My Goal This Month

katie-moum-5FHv5nS7yGg-unsplash.jpg

I set a goal to hit 3000 members in this group by December 31.

And I'm going to do it.

Not because I'm sure how (I'm not) – but because I've decided to.

And even as I'm writing this, I'm thinking, "What if I don't make it? And I've just TOLD everyone I'm going to?"

That's all the more reason I am going to make it – because now I have to keep myself accountable to my word.

The best thing ever was sharing my goals and dreams with the internet.

Not just my hopes – but my solid plans: "I will do X by Y date."

It held me accountable like nothing else.

Even if nobody in the world cared if I did push ups that day – I cared.

I wanted to be the kind of person who does what she says she's going to do.

Even if I wasn't that person yet.

Declaring the kind of person I wanted to be to the world COMPELLED me to become that person, for fear of embarrassment.

Here is my plan for 3000 members:

  • I'm going to try a bunch of different things – and see them all the way through.

  • I'm going to spend time journaling on my CERTAINTY that it is going to happen. Because when I'm in that certain energy, I'm no longer paralysed by HOW it is going to happen, and I can actually start thinking of solutions.

  • I'm not going to give up until it happens. Even until the last minute.

  • I'm deciding to work on it daily.

  • I'm prepared to go back to the drawing board 100 times if I need to.

Gulp.

DO it girl.

You've got this.

(Don't mind me, just giving myself a public pep-talk 😂)

December Beliefs

wolf-zimmermann-6sf5rf8QYFE-unsplash.jpg

If you were going to be 10x more successful this month than you were last month, what would you have to start believing about yourself?

Here are the beliefs I'm working on in December:

  • I've decided it's happening.

  • It's already done.

  • I'm being tested to see how bad I want it.

  • I'm willing to do whatever it takes – for REAL.

  • Everything always works out for me, even if it doesn't look like it at first.

  • I can handle anything.

  • My success is inevitable.

  • I am committed to the outcome.

  • It is already working.

What do you need to start believing about yourself to create 10x more success?

2019 Sarah vs 2020 Sarah

1A1A8559.JPG

In 2019, I made £7 an hour working for someone else.

In 2020, I made repeated 5 figure months working for myself.

In 2019, I had no Facebook Group.

In 2020, I have a Facebook Group of 2500 people.

In 2019, I didn't have more than 2 clients at a time.

In 2020, I have 21 clients at once.

In 2019, I was trying SO hard.

In 2020, I saw my outcomes as non-negotiable.

Here's what changed:

In 2019, I would give up on my goals while there was still time to achieve them, just because it didn't seem likely I could do it.

In 2020, I decided to believe in my ability to make things happen until the very last minute.

I learned success is not defined by chance or probability.

Success is defined by your decisions.

Decide to make it work, no matter what.

Decide to believe there's always a way.

Decide to keep going even when it feels like you're doomed.

Even when there's a 99.9% chance it won't work, there will always be an underdog who makes it happen.

Because the underdog has something the others don't have:

An unshakeable determination to make it work against all odds.

Be the underdog.

Blow your own mind.

You're only one decision away.

Impossible is a Feeling

ben-spoelhof-DMxRKmQPRhY-unsplash.jpg

Someone on Instagram sent me a message saying "You can't say it was impossible to climb Mount Kilimanjaro. That's not impossible, is it now?"

You know what? It felt impossible to me.

And that's what matters.

Achieving impossible goals has NEVER been about doing something flashy or impressive.

It's been about challenging myself beyond what I think is realistic.

It's about pushing my limits and becoming the best version of me.

Your impossible goal is worthy.

Whether it's to leave the house today, or go to the moon.

It doesn't matter. As long as you're challenging yourself to become the next level version of you – you're crushing it.

Goal comparison will just tear you down.

Don't let it.

Just ONE thing

photos-by-lanty-T-VS-7y_fAY-unsplash.jpg

This is not the first time I’ve written about this idea. But it’s just SO effective, I have to share it again.

The basic idea is: if absolutely nothing else gets done today, what is the one thing that will propel you forward towards your goal?

For me, that’s showing up online with value.

It's just non-negotiable.

Exercise doesn't always happen.
Going to sleep on time doesn't always happen.
I'm working on those things.

But no matter what, for the last 500+ days I've shown up online with value.

And now I've built a full-time location-independent coaching business because of it.

What is ONE thing that you commit to doing today that will move you closer to your goal?
