My membership, GET IT DONE is growing. This offer has been something I’ve wanted to create since the very beginning of my business (and actually tried to create in 2019, but my business wasn’t at the level to handle it yet).

Goals I’m working on right now:

    7 figure business

Getting 8.5 hours of sleep every night

    Building a community in Sydney

  • Hey! I’m Sarah.

I set goals to feel alive.

    Sweaty palms.
    Racing heart.

    Can’t think of anything else.

Combining my background in Psychology with my training as a High Performance Coach, I help ambitious entrepreneurs, creatives and athletes achieve their goals.

l created this blog to share behind-the-scenes of my own goals and help you push your limits. I'm creating what I wish existed for me to consume.

People often ask if I’ll climb Mt Everest like my parents did in the 90's (as depicted in the 2015 film, Everest).

While I’ve done a little bit of mountaineering (Kilimanjaro in 2011 and Everest Base Camp in 2007) what most people don’t know is that my late dad was also an entrepreneur. I feel most connected to him through our shared love of entrepreneurship and attempting the impossible in all areas of life.

We Hit 1000!

6 copy.jpg

Woohoo! After 3.5 months, we hit 1000 members in my Impossible Girls Facebook Group! I’m so excited and incredibly grateful for the community that we girls have built together.

Every single day, I connect with like-minded, motivated women, going after their goals and dreams with massive strength. Some of the conversations that happen in this group are WILDLY motivating. We’re solving each other’s challenges, sharing our wins, and standing strong together when things are tough.

I couldn’t be prouder of this amazing community.

10,000, we’re coming for you.

How to Generate Solutions to Any Problem

107382854_587667425274078_880460637130115894_n.jpg

You already have the power to generate solutions to all of your problems.

I have to remind myself of this all the time.

My favourite way to generate solutions is what I call an Epiphany List:

You write a list of 10 creative ways you could create the result you want.

And you don’t stop until you reach 10.

Because after 2 or 3 ways your logical brain will run out of ideas, and your creative brain is forced to kick in. And that’s when the epiphany happens.

The list was mine today. I want to level up the content on my YouTube channel and I currently don’t have the skills to execute my vision.

This list gave me several epiphanies.

Summer videography internship, anyone?

Why Needle Movers Matter

chris-liverani-HUJDz6CJEaM-unsplash.jpg

I used to think breakthroughs came by waking up with a genius idea at 3am or meditating for four hours and hearing the exact words from a higher power.

I’ve recently discovered that real breakthroughs come from taking action.

But not just any old action: Needle-moving action.

What is a Needle Mover?

I googled it, and apparently the phrase “needle-mover” refers to the needle on a car speedometer.

So when you “move the needle” you’re accelerating your car forward in the direction you want to go.

Essentially, what I’m trying to say is, breakthroughs will come when you consistently work on the things that will actually move your forward, instead of actions that keep you stuck exactly where you are.

My needle movers for my business:

  1. Grow my audience

  2. Add a ton of value to their lives

  3. Make offers to help them

These are all non-negotiable actions that I take every single day to move my business forward.

And they work.

A year ago, I wasn’t doing any of them. And I’m thinking “Why am I so stuck?”

Um, hello?! Changing the wording in my instagram bio won’t make my business take off.

But these needle movers have made all the difference.

What are the needle movers for your goal?

Nearly at 1000 Members

Screen Shot 2020-07-06 at 4.02.43 PM.png

We’re nearly at 1000 members inside my Facebook Group, Impossible Girls!

I’m so excited about it because we’ve grown to this size in such a short amount of time.

Every day, I’m inspired by the women in the group, sharing their stories and goals and dreams.

My goal is to make it the most epic place on the internet. And to be honest, it kind of already feels like it is – I would rather hang out in the group than anywhere else!

My July 2020 Goals

106250038_273684390614504_3719277751535605917_n.jpg

Can you believe it’s July already?! So crazy! Also, why do I feel this way every single month?

Here are my goals for July:

  1. Continue to put out a video on YouTube every week – and work on creating a better experience for myself while doing it.
I did this in June and even though it took a LOT of effort, I’m super happy that I actually did it. However, in July I want to make it a more pleasant, enjoyable experience instead of one that takes all my energy out of me. So I will work specifically on feeling good while doing it.

  2. Hit 600 Subscribers on YouTube.
I’m currently on 487. I’m not sure exactly how to make this one work yet. But where there’s a will, there’s a way! Time for a brainstorm. (Plus, as you guys know, my impossible goal is 100,000, so 600 can’t stand in my way!)

  3. Walk/run 3x a week.
I used to be totally into it, and then I got lost when the weather started getting colder in NZ. I need to remind myself that I AM A RUNNER. It is who I am.

  4. Hit 1500 members in my Impossible Girls Facebook Group.
This one has been a challenge the last few months, but we’ve been gaining amazing traction and a lot of super positive feedback. Plus I’m doing a massive giveaway when we hit 1000 members (only 44 to go!).

  5. Get my Photography done.
I actually already booked a photographer but I had to reschedule. This month, I am COMMITTED to making it happen.

  6. Join YT4B.
It’s a YouTube growth program I’ve wanted to join for ages but have never got around to. But I’m ready. I’m committed. July it is.

What are your July Goals?

Let me know in the comments!

MY JUNE 2020 GOALS REVIEW

This month I made a deliberate effort to check my goals every few days to stay on track to hit all of them, and I’m super stoked to say that I did!

Put out 1x YouTube video every week (4x videos in June). Done! I cut it sooo close. I had like 2 hours left to upload the last one 🙈

Get made up every morning in makeup & clothes I feel good in. Done! This was the first time in a long time that I felt really confident every day. I don't wear a lot of makeup but even just a little concealer and mascara makes a huge difference to my desire to get on camera.

Post value inside my Impossible Girls Facebook Group daily.

Done! I'm on a mission to make this group the most supportive, motivational corner of the internet. Thank you all for your fab posts, I love reading them!

Get into 'morning vibes' every morning.

Done! Honestly, letting go of my elaborate morning routine in exchange for whatever gets me in a motivated mood that day is so much better! Some days I went for a walk, sometimes I listened to a Podcast, sometimes I did some journaling.

Hire a social media growth manager! Done! I did this super early on in June, and she was amazing. However, she actually got a promotion at her 9-5 job and decided to focus on that – so I'm currently back to managing it myself and I'm happy doing that for now BUT I will be hiring someone again in the future...

Did you hit your June goals? Leave your June Goals review below!

My Viral Post

Screen Shot 2020-06-26 at 4.13.03 PM.png

My post went viral yesterday!

1.3k likes and 258 comments

Some days I show up and no one likes my post. Not a soul.

But I remember to love myself anyway.

Some days I show up and people do comment, and it’s unkind things.

And I remember to love myself anyway.

Some days I show up and what I say goes totally viral, full of grateful comments.

And I remember to love myself on those days too.

Because I’ve decided that I won’t let the outside world determine whether or not I achieve my goals.

My dream is more important to me than anyone’s opinion.

Impossible goals – I’m coming for you.

How I Grew My Facebook Group to 850 Members in 2 Months

I got told it would take 6 months to grow this big so I wanted to share my thought process with you around achieving this goal:

1) What result do I want?

800 members in my Impossible Girls Facebook Group

2) Who do I need to BE to get that result?

Courageous af!

3) Now that I am courageous af, what do I do/say/think/believe?

  • I show up every single day, no matter what.

  • I focus on connection, inviting girls in from all corners of the globe, from all backgrounds.

  • I create offers for people to join us and I share them with good vibes all over the internet.

  • I evaluate what doesn’t work, and what I can do differently.

  • I believe this is the BEST group on the entire internet.

  • I say to myself and others how grateful I am BEFORE the members arrive!

  • I remind myself that all the members ALREADY exist. I don't have to invent people. They are ready & waiting for an invitation.

  • I believe right up until the last minute.

  • I never, ever give up.

  • I remember my WHY – to create a space for women to defy the impossible, and get support from people who whole-heartedly believe in them.

I walked myself through this alignment process every single day for two months – and took the action from that place of courage.

And it worked. It always works. Stepping into BEING the version of me who already has the result.

Whether you want to grow a Facebook group or go to the moon, the result want is available to you right now.

I guarantee it.

I literally guarantee your result when you work with me. If I coach you and you don’t get your result, you can have your money back. I’m this confident because my clients ALWAYS get results.

Ready to finally create the result you’ve been wanting for ages?

My new logo

Ahh! I’m absolutely delighted with how my logo turned out. I’ve been wanting to get a logo done for over two years and in May I decided to finally commit – I’m so glad I did because it turned out even better than I’d hoped.

I felt like it was time to take it seriously and get one done. Now I want to print some business cards, even though I hardly ever meet my clients in person, I just think it would be so fun.

A massive thank you to my designer, Brook from @saintstudio.co
