This whole year so far I’ve been doing 3x reformer pilates each week, and 3x weight lifting each week, as well as cardio. I just finished a salsa performance, and I’m about to start podcasting again with a new format (watch this space!).

Hey, I’m Sarah.
To me, setting a goal is like falling in love. It’s a rush and I can’t sleep and I can’t think of anything else.
As a young girl I would corner people at parties to ask them about their dreams and what plans they had to make them come true. I often drew them a plan on a napkin and had them call me up the next day to confirm they’d started. One evening, I convinced a stranger in a restaurant to move countries and follow her dream. She bought flights the very next day. That was all long before I ever discovered coaching was a real career.
After I graduated with a degree in psychology and philosophy, I started coaching entrepreneurs, creatives and athletes to achieve their goals.
People often ask if I’ll climb Mt Everest like my parents did in the 90’s (as shown in the 2015 film, Everest).
While I’ve done a little bit of mountaineering, what most people don’t know is that my late dad, Rob Hall, was also an entrepreneur. I feel most connected to him through our shared love of entrepreneurship and attempting big goals in all areas of life.
