Updated 2nd June 2025
I landed a backflip on a trampoline last month, which has been a dream of mine for a long time. I hesitated working on it because of fear, but in May I did it! I’ve been filming a lot of videos for my YouTube channel, and next week I’ll start releasing them.
Goals I’m working on right now:
7 figure business
Landing a standing backflip
5000 subscribers on YouTube

Hey! I’m Sarah.
I set goals to feel alive.
Sweaty palms.
Racing heart.
Can’t think of anything else.Combining my background in Psychology with my training as a High Performance Coach, I help ambitious entrepreneurs, creatives and athletes achieve their goals.
l created this blog to share behind-the-scenes of my own goals and help you push your limits. I'm creating what I wish existed for me to consume.
People often ask if I’ll climb Mt Everest like my parents did in the 90's (as depicted in the 2015 film, Everest).
While I’ve done a little bit of mountaineering (Kilimanjaro in 2011 and Everest Base Camp in 2007) what most people don’t know is that my late dad was also an entrepreneur. I feel most connected to him through our shared love of entrepreneurship and attempting the impossible in all areas of life.

The Answer in Disguise
The question you are asking in your head is usually the answer in disguise.
“Am I focusing on too many things?” = I am focusing on too many things.
“Are these shoes too old for that special occasion?” = These shoes are too old for that special occasion.
“Am I talking to too many people in my messaging?” = I am talking to too many people in my messaging.
This is not always the case, but it’s a great exercise to see if you already know the answer to what you’re struggling with? You’ll know when it’s true.
Goal Setting
If you want a mediocre life, set mediocre goals.
If you want an extraordinary life, set extraordinary goals.
If you want a life beyond what you ever thought possible – set impossible goals.
Will Smith's Mindset
For the last year or so, I’ve been growing more and more impressed with Will Smith.
Yeah, his acting is good, but I don’t even really watch his shows or movies. Instead, I’m fascinated by his drive, his success, his amicability, his life.
So in honour of that, today I want to share some epic Will Smith quotes to get you in the game.
“I’ve never really thought of myself as particularly talented. Where I excel is ridiculous, sickening work ethic.”
“Being realistic is the most commonly travelled road to mediocrity.”
“The only thing that I see that is distinctly different about me is: I’m not afraid to die on a treadmill. I will not be outworked, period. You might have more talent than me, you might be smarter than me, you might be sexier than me. You might be all of those things. You got it on me in nine categories. But if we get on the treadmill together, there’s two things: You’re getting off first, or I’m going to die. It’s really that simple.”
“The first step, before anybody else believes it, is you have to believe it.“
“It’s already done. The second I decide it’s done, it’s already done. And so now we just gotta wait for y’all to see.”
“There’s no reason to have a Plan B, because it distracts from Plan A.”
Any good ones I missed? Drop your top Will Smith quotes in the comments (I’m always looking for more!).
Your only job
Imagine you want to quit smoking.
Your job isn’t to stop putting cigarettes in your mouth.
Your job is to become the kind of person who doesn’t even think about smoking.
Imagine you want to lose weight.
Your job isn’t to go on a diet.
Your job is to become the kind of person who loves looking after their body.
Imagine you want to make a million dollars.
Your job isn’t to work really hard.
Your job is to become the kind of person who can create a million dollars worth of value in the world.
Your only job is to be the kind of person who gets the result you want.
When you become that person, the required action will happen automatically.
Incubator Bonus
Whatever your dream is, now is the time to make it happen.
And since we’re all on lockdown, we’re in need of some extra special care.
So I’ve gone and amped up my membership to an insane next level. I’ve kicked it up 10 notches.
Impossible Incubator is my membership for achieving impossible goals.
This is how it works:
Weekly group coaching online via Zoom
Masterclasses with workbooks to plan out your ultimate vision and create an action plan
Accountability to stay on track with what you said you were gonna do (so you’ll actually do it!)
An app and members platform to interact, ask questions and consume all the content
PLUS I’ve added:
Monthly private coaching sessions with me! (WHAT? My private coaching is usually $3000!) Together we'll map out plans for your goals and what steps to take next.
A literal goodie package to your doorstep, every single month. It contains our monthly workbook, a high performance planner, books, and extra goodies to help you take on your dreams. It’s better than your birthday.
For just $97 USD per month.
AND THERE’S A BONUS!
Anyone who signs up in March will receive 30 days of voice note coaching – this means you get to access me in your pocket, anywhere, anytime. I’ll coach you on a voice note through anything.
I’m offering so. much. value. because I want this to be a no-brainer.
I want this to be the best thing since sliced bread.
You guys, it’s the best thing I can possibly imagine.
(I invented it because I wished someone had invented this so I could join it!)
And if you’re STILL not sure (these times are uncertain, I get it!), the offer is completely risk free. There is a 100% money back guarantee – if in the first 30 days, for some reason you don’t get the incredible value you were expecting and you’re not moving towards your dreams, you can have your money back, just like that.
If you have any questions feel free to email me, or DM me on Instagram!
Quarantine: Day 2
Since we arrived back into New Zealand on Sunday, we’ve had to quarantine.
But you know what? It kind of feels like we get to quarantine. It’s a break. A relaxation. A moment away from the hectic expectations of the world.
I haven’t read a single news article.
I’ve read my book! An actual book, with pages! Oh, this is a glorious opportunity.
Coronavirus has shaken shit up. The world is an uncertain place. We all know it, we all feel it.
We all had big plans for 2020 and now it feels like they’re being shut down.
You can give up on your plans and goals because the world seems hopeless.
Or you can grab your dreams by the reigns and turn this mofo around.
What if this lockdown wasn’t a crisis, but the biggest opportunity of your life?
What if you chose to take this time to work on your biggest dreams?
Imagine where you could be in 90 days. Imagine how you could come out of this. Stronger than before. In a better financial position. On a new path.
You could start your business, or amp up the one that’s been sitting on the back burner and bring in some extra income.
You could create that content you’ve been meaning to create. Blogs, Videos, Websites, Photography, Art, Books.
You could take on your dream to be a producer/filmmaker/model/business owner/writer/freelancer/blogger/vlogger.
Whatever your dream is, now is the time to make it happen.
This can be a blessing, if you let it.
Be Willing To Do What Others Won't
Best lesson I've been learning recently: be willing to do what others won't do.
Show up every single day for my goals, no matter what.
Take no days off.
Be obsessed with how I can add more value.
Get up at 4am to coach people in other time zones.
Constantly evaluate my performance to improve.
I made "When I decide something, it just happens” my motto.
These are skills I have only really started to develop over the past 18 months – for most of my life I’ve been flaky af, unable to follow through on even the smallest commitments.
But I realised that acting mediocre was only going to get me mediocre results. And I want impossible results.
You’ve got to be willing to show up when others would slack off. And push yourself when others can’t be bothered. And sneak in some extra work while everyone else is distracted.
What are you willing to do today that others won’t?
365 days, I did it!
Today marks 365 days of Meditation in a row!
My biggest learning lesson is this:
There is no such thing as a “right” way to meditate. The meditation police aren’t going to come knocking on your door if you don’t sit in stillness on a cushion with your hands in a perfect position.
Sometimes I meditate while walking.
Sometimes I just take a few deep breaths.
Sometimes I light candles and chant and hold my hands in mudras.
Sometimes I do the a guided meditation track half way and then stop.
There. is. no. right. way.
I’m doing this for me! I’m doing it to feel good – not to pass a meditation exam.
So now, in round two of my meditation challenge, I give myself permission to just meditate because it feels good.
Anyone care to join me?
How To Flustle
Flustle.
Verb. to own your own freaking energy and do things the way that feels good to you.
Hustle & flow, together.
The guy who read my chakras today (don’t ask) said my masculine and feminine energy were off. But I’ve never felt like I could be put into the masculine or feminine energy box. I don’t do things with flow. I analyze too much for flow. I don’t do things with blunt force. I’m too intuitive for that.
But you know what I do freaking do?
I flustle.
Sometimes that means doing all sorts of random stuff to achieve my goals.
I’m not going to be ashamed of the way I go after my goals just because it’s not perfect. I AM in balance, thank you very much, charkra man. I’m in flustle. I’m not ashamed of my mishmash, driving-with-my-eyes-closed, flying-by-the-seat-of-my-pants MO.
Do you want to know a secret? I DON’T HAVE A CLUE WHAT I’M DOING.
Do you want to know another secret? NO ONE ELSE DOES EITHER.
My MO is to flustle.
And now that I’ve made it a thing, I ain't ever apologising for it.
What if I just decided the hot mess I am was good enough?
