  • Updated 2nd June 2025

I landed a backflip on a trampoline last month, which has been a dream of mine for a long time. I hesitated working on it because of fear, but in May I did it! I’ve been filming a lot of videos for my YouTube channel, and next week I’ll start releasing them.

Goals I’m working on right now:

    7 figure business

    Landing a standing backflip

  • Hey! I’m Sarah.

I set goals to feel alive.

    Sweaty palms.
    Racing heart.

    Can’t think of anything else.

Combining my background in Psychology with my training as a High Performance Coach, I help ambitious entrepreneurs, creatives and athletes achieve their goals.

l created this blog to share behind-the-scenes of my own goals and help you push your limits. I'm creating what I wish existed for me to consume.

People often ask if I’ll climb Mt Everest like my parents did in the 90's (as depicted in the 2015 film, Everest).

While I’ve done a little bit of mountaineering (Kilimanjaro in 2011 and Everest Base Camp in 2007) what most people don’t know is that my late dad was also an entrepreneur. I feel most connected to him through our shared love of entrepreneurship and attempting the impossible in all areas of life.

Doubt Your Limits

If you have to doubt yourself, why not doubt your limits?

Doubt that you’re not ready.
Doubt that you’re not good enough.
Doubt that you weren’t born for this.

Believe your success is certain.

Doubt your limits.

How To Be Michael Jordan

howard-chai-O4FhKHOCoE0-unsplash.jpg

Michael Jordan is the best basketball player in history.

You can be the Michael Jordan of your game.

The Michael Jordan of modeling.
The Michael Jordan of coaching.
The Michael Jordan of painting.
The Michael Jordan of fashion.

How? By taking on his mindset.

What is Michael Jordan thinking?

  • I am going to win

  • I’ve won this game before it’s even started

  • I will win at all costs

  • I am the best player in the world

  • If I put in the work, the results will come

What if you thought the way Michael Jordan thinks?
How different would your life look?

Here's Why 'Acting As If' is the Most Important Skill You Can Learn

Frank never went to flight school.
Frank never went to medical school.
Frank never went to law school.
Frank never went to university.

And yet, from the age of 15-21, teenage impostor and con artist, Frank William Abignale Jr. worked as a pilot, a doctor, a lawyer, and a professor.

No one ever questioned him or suspected him to be a fraud.

He just seemed like he was supposed to be there. He believed he was.

He was eventually caught, and after he was released from prison, he used his expertise to help the FBI catch other criminals, and he is now one of the world's most respected authorities on embezzlement and cheque fraud.

(If you haven't seen the movie based on his life, I highly recommend it).

The part that interests me the most isn't the crime – it's how at such a young age, he was able to convince everyone around him that he was these extraordinary things.

He took on the identity of the person he wanted to be.

If we put the crime aside for one moment, we can see that getting what we want in life is really about ONE thing.

Acting as if.

To get what you want, you have to BE the person you want to be – right now – by acting as if you already are that person.

When Frank was asked how he was able to get away with teaching as a Professor of Sociology at BYU (at sixteen!), he simply said "All I had to do was read one chapter ahead in the book."

IF HE CAN ACT AS IF HE IS A LAWYER AND A PILOT AND A PROFESSOR AND A DOCTOR, YOU CAN ACT AS IF YOU ARE THE NEXT LEVEL VERSION OF YOU.

Who do you need to BE to create the result you want in your life?

Rethinking my Priorities

7DED9482-A58D-41D1-9401-1133DBCB25E6.jpeg

We’re finally out of lockdown, so to celebrate my best friend Georgia’s birthday, we got a bach (that’s a beach house/holiday home for anyone international!) in Lake Taupo.

It’s totally gorgeous here, and the best thing is that I’m taking time off (something I don’t do enough!) from running my business. I am still doing my coaching calls, but not all of the extra admin tasks.

One of the biggest learning lessons I’ve had over the past few days is how true Paretos principle is:

“The Pareto principle states that, for many events, roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes.”

This is definitely the case in my business. I spend so much time working on things that don’t actually matter.

Too much time scrolling on Facebook.

Too much time checking emails.

Too much time planning instead of doing.

So I’m using this weekend as a reset button, to check in with what actually matters.

I’ll let you know what I discover!

You Already Know What You Want

I'm learning how to speak as if the result I want is something I am WITHOUT A DOUBT creating.

No more "I want to". It's "I AM doing XYZ."

  • I am creating a million-dollar business & I'm making it happen by showing up for my mastermind, my private clients, and my audience every single day.

  • I am organising a tropical island retreat & I'm making it happen by creating a sisterhood of women who can't WAIT to come on an impossible retreat.

  • I am prepping for my TED talk & I am making it happen by getting super confident on video & practicing in-person talks.

We tell ourselves we don't know what we want, but that is BS.

If we're honest with ourselves, we know EXACTLY what we want.

We just don't let ourselves believe we can have it.

But the truth is, you can create any result you want.

So what result are you creating & how are you making it happen?

“You give it all, you get it all.” – Wim Hof, “The Ice Man”

Wim says your mindset is a neurological muscle.

It’s no longer a woo-woo concept – getting into a phenomenal mindset is scientifically proven to make a difference to your outcomes. It’s common knowledge now. Working on your mindset is one of the most important things you can do for your health, your success, and your happiness.

When you’re willing to put in 100% effort, you’ll get 100% out of it.
